Murchison Consulting Helps Lyon Realty With West Gateway Project

For over 2 years, Murchison Consulting has worked with Lyon Realty, one of the largest apartment owned companies in California. Murchison Consulting assisted Lyon Realty with the entitlements for Lyon's West Gateway project, which borders Broadway, Cedar, Magnolia and 3rd Street. Gaining the entitlements allowed Lyon to break ground on May 6th, 2008.

This project will bring 290 badly needed quality rental units to the Downtown area of Long Beach.
